What’s your LinkedIn profile score?

A straight 0–100 read of your profile across five things a recruiter actually weighs — experience, impact, skills, credentials, and whether they can find you at all. It’s a deterministic self-check, not a vanity number: the same profile always scores the same way, and we never invent a stat to flatter you.

WHAT YOU GET

One number, five reasons.

A single score up top, then the breakdown that explains it — so you know exactly which section to fix first. The example below is illustrative; your real result is built from your own profile after you sign in.

WHAT THE SCORE MEASURES

The five scored dimensions.

Every profile is rated on the same five, each read the way a recruiter skims it in seconds. No secret weighting to game — just the parts of a profile that decide whether you get the reply.

Experience DepthHow much your roles actually say. Titles and dates alone read thin; the score rewards profiles that show real scope and responsibility over time.
Quantified ImpactWhether your work has numbers on it. "Led the migration" scores lower than "cut build times 40%." Concrete results are the strongest recruiter signal there is.
Skills Breadth & RelevanceDo your listed skills match the roles you want, and is the set broad enough to be credible without being padded? Relevance beats a long, generic list.
Credentials & EducationDegrees, certifications, and licenses that back up your claims. Not everyone needs many — the score checks that what you do have is present and clear.
Profile & FindabilityThe basics that decide whether recruiters ever reach you: a specific, keyword-rich headline and a complete About section. Small fields, outsized effect.
THE HONEST LIMIT

Three things a profile can’t reveal.

The score reads what’s written on your profile. Three of the things that most change your job search live outside it — in your network and in how LinkedIn’s own search treats you. The free self-check can’t see these; the full read can.

Network ReachWho you are actually connected to, and how those connections map to the companies you want. A profile export can’t see your graph.
Recruiter-Search FindabilityWhether you surface for the searches recruiters really run — the keyword and filter combinations that decide if you appear at all.
Buried OpportunitiesThe roles, alumni, and warm paths already sitting inside your network that you never see because nothing surfaces them for you.

BY WHO YOU ARE

What matters most for you.

The five dimensions are the same for everyone, but their weight isn’t. A student and a manager win on different fields — pick the page that fits where you are.

For StudentsFor students the score leans hardest on Skills Breadth & Relevance and Profile & Findability. With a short work history, the skills you list and how discoverable your profile is do most of the work of getting you noticed. For New GradsFor new grads the score weighs Credentials & Education and Skills Breadth & Relevance most. Your degree and the concrete skills behind it are the strongest signals you have before a full-time track record exists. For Job SeekersFor active job seekers the score balances Experience Depth and Quantified Impact with Profile & Findability. Real accomplishments matter, but only if recruiters can find you and see the results you actually delivered. For Software EngineersFor software engineers the score leans on Quantified Impact and Skills Breadth & Relevance. Naming your stack is table stakes; the profiles that score well tie specific systems to measurable outcomes — latency, scale, reliability, adoption. For ManagersFor managers the score weighs Quantified Impact and Experience Depth most heavily. Team size, budget, scope, and the business results you owned are what separate a leadership profile from a longer resume. For Career ChangersFor career changers the score leans on Skills Breadth & Relevance and Credentials & Education. New certifications and the transferable skills you make explicit are what bridge a past role to the field you are moving into.
