Quantified ImpactWhether your work has numbers on it. "Led the migration" scores lower than "cut build times 40%." Concrete results are the strongest recruiter signal there is.
Skills Breadth & RelevanceDo your listed skills match the roles you want, and is the set broad enough to be credible without being padded? Relevance beats a long, generic list.
Credentials & EducationDegrees, certifications, and licenses that back up your claims. Not everyone needs many — the score checks that what you do have is present and clear.
